If you’ve never tried Pilates before, Hannah is experienced in taking clients through the initial stages of technique in her 1-1 sessions.


Alternatively come join her for a class where the sessions will flow from warm-up, into developing strength, endurance, and flexibility through the back, abdominals, glutes, and hamstrings.
